Absolutely! We offer live cigar rolling experiences for events, where skilled rollers craft premium cigars on-site, adding a sophisticated touch to your celebration. Packages include hand-rolled cigars, personalized bands, and a cigar sommelier host.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that cigars that have been opened or partially smoked are not eligible for return.

Are there any restocking fees?
Yes, packages returned to us marked “Refused”, “Undeliverable”, “Unclaimed”, “Prohibited”, or otherwise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded.
