Shipping & Legal Compliance

​I. Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss

All orders placed on ANTARES CIGARS INC are sold FOB (Free on Board) Miami, Florida. This means that the title to, and ownership of, all goods passes from ANTARES CIGARS INC to the Purchaser in the State of Florida at the moment the shipment is accepted by the common carrier. By placing an order, the Purchaser authorizes ANTARES CIGARS INC to act as their agent to arrange for the transportation of the goods on the Purchaser’s behalf. The Purchaser takes full responsibility for the shipment from the moment it leaves our Florida facility.

​II. Compliance with Local Laws

By utilizing this shipping service, the Purchaser represents that they are acting in compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of tobacco products. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they are legally entitled to take possession of the quantities ordered in their respective jurisdiction.

​III. Age Verification (21+)

In accordance with Florida Law and Federal regulations, we do not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. By entering our site and placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. We utilize third-party age verification software; if your age cannot be verified automatically, we may require a copy of your government-issued ID before shipping.

IV. Tax Responsibility

ANTARES CIGARS INC collects Florida sales tax where applicable. For orders shipped outside of Florida, the remittance of any state and local tobacco excise taxes or “Use Taxes” is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

V. Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes

Due to strict state regulations regarding the direct-to-consumer importation of tobacco, we currently do not ship to the following states: Utah, South Dakota, Arizona and Hawaii. As we ship exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service), we are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. Please ensure the shipping address provided is a valid USPS delivery point.
